The second zany Silver Sisters Mystery, Terror in a Teapot, has been on a FREE Kindle promotion for the past two days, but it ends tonight, so if you want a FREE copy, grab it now. Otherwise, it will go back to the regular price tomorrow, which is still a bargain. This has been an experiment to see if a newly debuted book with only 2 reviews can fare well in the "free books war."
It held it's own, but didn't make the Top 100 as the first book in the series, A Corpse in the Soup, did. Several things were learned about promoting free books from this experiment. Check the articles in Examiner.com where Terror in a Teapot was used as a case study. It is a little bit of an eye-opener, and validates the caution to not jump the gun.
